1. Email support@boxhero.io and mention the nonprofit discount. Include your organization's name and a contact for your team. We may ask for documentation confirming your nonprofit status — a 501(c)(3) determination letter or equivalent works.
2. Once we verify, we'll apply 50% off to your team.
   There are no application fees or long approval processes. We'll just do a quick check to confirm your status.
3. Subscribe, and the discounted rate kicks in immediately.
   The discount applies to your first payment and to any later plan upgrades, and it stays in place for as long as you're with us.
