# 取引先

## 定義

A **顧客** は、在庫から商品を受け取る取引先です。\
顧客は <mark style="color:青;">`出庫`</mark> 取引に関連付けられ、販売注文の追跡に使用できます。

A **仕入先** は、在庫に商品を提供する取引先です。\
仕入先は <mark style="color:青;">`入庫`</mark> 取引に関連付けられ、発注書の追跡に使用できます。

## 取引先を追加する方法

### パソコンで

1. 次へ移動します <mark style="color:青;">`データセンター`</mark> > <mark style="color:青;">`取引先`</mark>.
2. 「**取引先を追加**」を右上隅でクリックします。
3. 次のいずれかを選択します **仕入先** または **顧客**.
4. 取引先の詳細を入力します。
5. 「**追加**。」

### 複数の取引先を追加

また、「**取引先を追加**」ドロップダウンで次のいずれかを選択し、Excel ファイルを使って複数の取引先を一度に追加することもできます。

* Excel をインポート（仕入先）
* Excel をインポート（顧客）

参考のため、テンプレートをダウンロードしてください。Excel ファイルには次の列を含める必要があります。

* 名前
* 電話番号
* メール
* 住所
* メモ

## 取引先と在庫取引

### A. 顧客への出庫

「 <mark style="color:青;">`出庫`</mark> 」取引を記録する際、登録済みの顧客の中から 1 つを *取引先* リストから選択できます。

### B. 仕入先からの入庫

「 <mark style="color:青;">`入庫`</mark> 」取引では、登録済みの仕入先の中から 1 つを *取引先* リストから選択できます。

## 取引先の注文管理

### A. 顧客向け販売注文

特定の顧客に対して販売注文（SO）を作成し、注文を追跡できます。

1. 次へ移動 <mark style="color:青;">`仕入れと販売`</mark> > <mark style="color:青;">`販売`</mark>.
2. 選択 **顧客** ドロップダウンから。
3. システムは、顧客の保存された住所と電話番号をあなたの **取引先** リストから選択できます。

#### 販売請求書を送信

この顧客に請求書を直接メール送信することもできます。&#x20;

* 完了した販売注文に移動して、 <mark style="color:青;">`...`</mark> （その他）ボタン > <mark style="color:青;">`メールを送信`</mark>.&#x20;
* 顧客の保存済みメール情報が自動的に使用されます。

### B. 仕入先向け発注書

同様に、特定の仕入先に対して発注書（PO）を <mark style="color:青;">`仕入れと販売`</mark> メニューから作成できます。PO はいつでも簡単に編集、削除、印刷、または PDF として保存できます。
