## 取引先を追加する

### パソコンで

1. 移動する <mark style="color:青;">`データセンター`</mark> > <mark style="color:青;">`取引先`</mark>.
2. 「をクリック**取引先を追加**」を右上隅で。
3. 次のいずれかを選択 **サプライヤー** または **顧客**.
4. 取引先の詳細を入力します。
5. 「をクリック**追加**。」

### 複数の取引先を追加

「」の下で次のいずれかを選択すると、Excelファイルを使って複数の取引先を一度に追加することもできます。**取引先を追加**」ドロップダウンから:

* Excelをインポート（サプライヤー）
* Excelをインポート（顧客）

## 取引先の注文管理

### A. 顧客向けの販売注文

特定の顧客向けに販売注文（SO）を作成し、注文を管理できます。

1. 移動する <mark style="color:青;">`仕入・販売`</mark> > <mark style="color:青;">`販売`</mark>.
2. 選択 **顧客** ドロップダウンから選択します。
3. システムは、あなたの保存済みの顧客の住所と電話番号を自動入力します **取引先** リスト。

#### 販売請求書を送信する

請求書をこの顧客に直接メールで送信することもできます。&#x20;

* 完了した販売注文を開き、 <mark style="color:青;">`...`</mark> （その他）ボタン > <mark style="color:青;">`メールを送信`</mark>.&#x20;
* 顧客の保存済みメール情報が自動的に使用されます。

### B. サプライヤー向けの発注

同様に、特定のサプライヤー向けの発注（PO）を <mark style="color:青;">`仕入・販売`</mark> メニューから作成できます。POはいつでも簡単に編集、削除、印刷、またはPDFとして保存できます。
