# 在庫取引

## 在庫取引の種類

BoxHeroの4つの主要な在庫取引で、在庫数量を管理できます】【：

* **入庫**：在庫に入る商品を記録します。
* **出庫**：在庫から出る商品を記録します。
* **在庫調整**：破損や紛失などの理由で在庫数量を変更します。
* **在庫移動**：拠点間で在庫を移動します。

### 入庫

### 出庫

### 在庫調整

### 在庫移動

## 商品数量を更新する方法

### A. 各商品を選択

任意の在庫取引を選んで拠点を選択し、特定の商品を選択して数量を入力します。すばやくアクセスするために、商品の ***フィルター*** をキーワードで絞り込むこともできます。

### B. Excelで商品を編集

### C. バーコードスキャナーを使用

### D. 下書きを保存

在庫取引を確定する前に、 **下書き** として保存できます。簡単にアクセスできるよう、サイドバーの在庫取引メニューに表示されます。

下書きを無視して、いつでも新しい取引を作成することもできます。

## 取引

4つの在庫取引（*入庫、出庫、在庫調整、在庫移動*）を通じて行われた在庫数量の変更はすべて、 <mark style="color:$primary;">`取引`</mark> メニューに記録されます。ここでは、過去のすべての在庫活動の完全な履歴を確認できます。

### A. 取引を絞り込む

特定の取引を見つけるには、 **該当する日付範囲** を選択するか、その他の **フィルター** （例：取引タイプ、取引先、拠点）を追加します。

### B. 取引を印刷

次をクリックすると、在庫取引を印刷できます <mark style="color:$primary;">`その他`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`概要を印刷`</mark> または <mark style="color:$primary;">`PDFをダウンロード`</mark>.

### C. 取引を削除

取引に誤りがある場合は、修正または削除できます。\ <mark style="color:$primary;">`取引`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`その他`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`編集または削除`</mark>.

### D. 取引を編集

更新された取引には、 **「編集済み」** と表示されたオレンジ色のバッジが付けられ、】【t\_981fd0d8】: **バージョン番号**.
