* 주문 담당자와 입출고 담당자가 다른 경우
* 제품 여러개를 묶어 세트 상품을 판매해야 할 때

### 제품 선택 <a href="#select-items" id="select-items"></a>

아래 방법 중 원하는 방식을 선택해 제품을 추가할 수 있습니다.

* **직접 검색**
* **엑셀 가져오기**
* **바코드 스캔**

#### 직접 검색 <a href="#id-1" id="id-1"></a>

제품명이나 속성을 검색해 입출고할 [**제품**](/docs/documentation/ko/concepts/items.md)을 선택할 수 있습니다.

#### 엑셀 가져오기 <a href="#update-multiple-items-with-excel" id="update-multiple-items-with-excel"></a>

엑셀로 제품과 수량을 입력할 수 있습니다. 제품은 SKU로 식별되기 때문에, **SKU와 수량 컬럼이 반드시 포함**되어야 합니다.

SKU, 바코드, 제품명, 속성 등이 입력된 엑셀 파일이 필요하다면, `데이터 관리` > `제품` > `엑셀 내보내기` 에서 다운로드해 활용할 수 있습니다.

### 거래처 <a href="#partners" id="partners"></a>

[**거래처**](/docs/documentation/ko/concepts/partners.md)는 입출고 과정에서 직접 등록하거나, `데이터 관리` > `거래처`에서 미리 등록해 둘 수 있습니다. 거래처는 **선택 사항**이므로, 입력하지 않아도 입출고가 가능합니다.

### 날짜 <a href="#date" id="date"></a>

날짜를 선택하지 않으면 항상 현재 시간으로 히스토리에 기록됩니다. **과거 날짜로 내역을 입력할 때**만 날짜 선택 기능을 사용하세요.

과거 날짜로 내역을 추가하면, 해당 날짜 이후의 재고 수량도 자동으로 변경됩니다.

### 메모 <a href="#memo" id="memo"></a>

메모를 통해 수량 변동과 관련된 내용을 기록할 수 있습니다. **사진이나 이미지를 함께 첨부**할 수 있어 거래 내역, 증빙 자료, 참고 이미지 등을 팀원과 공유하기에 편리합니다.

작성한 메모는 `히스토리`에서 `메모 검색` 필터를 선택한 후 검색할 수 있습니다. (검색어 2글자 이상 입력)

#### 해시태그 <a href="#hashtag" id="hashtag"></a>

해시태그는 메모에 `#`를 붙여 작성하는 키워드입니다. (예: #마케팅, #샘플)&#x20;

해시태그로 작성한 키워드는 `히스토리`나 `입출고 요약`에서 정확한 키워드로 분류해서 모아볼 수 있습니다.

### 임시 저장 <a href="#saved-draft" id="saved-draft"></a>

`임시 저장` 버튼을 누르면 재고에 즉시 반영하지 않고 임시로 목록을 저장할 수 있습니다.

임시 저장 내역이 있는 경우 `입고`·`출고` 메뉴 진입 시 **임시 저장 목록**이 보여집니다. 이때 우측 상단의 `작성` 버튼을 눌러 새로운 입출고를 작성하면 기존 임시 내역과 별도로 처리할 수 있습니다.

## 조정 <a href="#adjust" id="adjust"></a>

조정 기능은 재고 수량을 직접 증감시켜 **시스템 재고를 실제 재고와 일치시키는 기능**입니다. 조정에서는 수량을 '60'으로 입력하면 현재 수량이 즉시 '60'으로 변경됩니다.

조정은 아래와 같은 경우에 사용합니다.

* 현재 보유한 재고와 시스템상 재고가 맞지 않을 때
* 파손·분실·폐기 등으로 재고가 사라진 경우

## 이동 <a href="#move-stock" id="move-stock"></a>

하나의 [**위치**](/docs/documentation/ko/concepts/locations.md)에 있는 재고를 다른 위치로 옮길 때 사용하는 기능입니다. 이동을 완료하면 출발 위치의 재고는 감소하고, 도착 위치의 재고는 증가합니다.

이동 기능은 **2개 이상의 위치를 설정한 경우에만** 사용할 수 있습니다.

## 히스토리 <a href="#transactions" id="transactions"></a>

입고, 출고, 조정, 이동 이력을 확인할 수 있습니다. 필터를 이용해 원하는 항목만 조회할 수 있으며, **엑셀 내보내기**를 통해 다운로드도 가능합니다.

박스히어로의 히스토리는 **단순 기록이 아니라 현재 재고 수량을 계산하는 기준 데이터**입니다. 따라서 과거 입출고 내역의 수량이나 날짜를 수정하면 이후 재고 흐름이 다시 계산되어 현재 재고에도 영향을 줄 수 있으므로 유의해 주세요.
