## 定义

A **客户** 是从您的库存中接收商品的合作伙伴。\
客户与 <mark style="color:蓝色;">**`出库`**</mark> 交易相关联，并可用于跟踪销售订单。

A **供应商** 是向您的库存提供商品的合作伙伴。\
供应商与 <mark style="color:蓝色;">**`入库`**</mark> 交易相关联，并可用于跟踪采购订单。

## 如何添加合作伙伴

### 在您的电脑上

1. 前往 <mark style="color:蓝色;">**`数据中心`**</mark> > <mark style="color:蓝色;">**`合作伙伴`**</mark>.
2. 点击右上角的“**添加合作伙伴**”。
3. 选择 **供应商** 或 **客户**.
4. 输入合作伙伴的详细信息。
5. 点击右上角的“**添加**。”

您还可以通过 Excel 文件一次添加多个合作伙伴，方法是在“**添加合作伙伴**”下拉菜单中选择以下选项之一：

* 导入 Excel（供应商）
* 导入 Excel（客户）

* 名称

## 合作伙伴与库存交易

### A. 向客户出库

## 管理合作伙伴的订单

### A. 客户的销售订单

您可以为特定客户创建销售订单（S.O.），并跟踪您的订单。

1. 前往 <mark style="color:蓝色;">**`采购与销售`**</mark>**&#x20;>&#x20;**<mark style="color:蓝色;">**`销售`**</mark>**.**
2. 选择 **客户** 从下拉菜单中。
3. 系统将自动从您的合作伙伴列表中填写该客户已保存的地址和电话号码。

#### 发送销售发票

您还可以直接通过电子邮件将发票发送给该客户。&#x20;

* 前往已完成的销售订单并点击更多 <mark style="color:蓝色;">**`…`**</mark>  按钮 > <mark style="color:蓝色;">**`发送电子邮件`**</mark>.&#x20;
* 系统将自动使用该客户已保存的电子邮箱信息。

### B. 供应商的采购订单

同样，您也可以通过 <mark style="color:蓝色;">**`采购与销售`**</mark> 菜单为特定供应商创建采购订单（P.O.）。该采购订单可随时轻松编辑、删除、打印或另存为 PDF。
