## 库存交易类型

您可以使用 BoxHero 的四种关键库存交易来管理库存数量：

* **入库**：记录物品进入您的库存。
* **出库**：记录物品离开您的库存。
* **调整库存**：因损坏或丢失等原因修改库存数量。
* **调拨库存**：在地点之间转移库存。

## 入库

## 出库

## 如何更新物品数量

### A. 逐个选择物品

选择您想要的库存交易并选择一个地点，选定具体物品并输入其数量。为便于快速访问，您也可以使用关键词 ***筛选*** 物品。

### B. 通过 Excel 编辑物品

### C. 使用条码扫描器

### D. 保存草稿

您可以在最终确认之前将库存交易保存为 *草稿* 。打开 <mark style="color:$primary;">`入库`</mark>/<mark style="color:$primary;">`出库`</mark> 菜单时，草稿会列出并且很容易找到。

您也可以随时选择忽略草稿并创建新的交易。

## 调整库存

## 交易

通过四种库存交易（*入库、出库、调整库存、调拨库存*）对库存数量所做的任何更改，都将记录在 <mark style="color:$primary;">`交易`</mark> 菜单中。在这里，您可以查看所有历史库存活动的完整记录。

### A. 筛选交易

要查找特定交易，请选择 **适用的日期范围** 或添加其他 **筛选条件** （例如，交易类型、合作方、地点）。

### B. 打印交易

### C. 删除交易

如果交易不正确，您可以修改或删除它。\ <mark style="color:$primary;">`交易`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`更多`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`编辑或删除`</mark>.

### D. 编辑交易

更新后的交易将标记为带有橙色徽标的 **“已编辑”** ，并且还会显示其 **版本号**.
