# Signing in

> Troubleshoot sign-in issues, recover a lost account, and learn about BoxHero's available login methods.

#### I signed in, but I can't see my existing team.

This usually happens when you sign in with a different method than the one you originally used. BoxHero treats each sign-in method (Google, Apple, Kakao, or email) as a _separate_ account — even if they all use the same email address. Depending on the situation:

- **"This email isn't registered"** — For example, if you signed up with "Sign in with Google," selecting "Sign in with Email" and typing your `...@gmail.com` address won't work, even though it's the same email.
- **Your team is missing** — Signing in with a new method may have silently created a brand-new account, so BoxHero looks like a fresh signup with no team.

**To fix it:** sign out, then sign back in using the method you originally signed up with, and your account/team should appear.

#### I didn't receive the email verification code.

Check your spam or junk folder first. If the verification email still isn't there, reach out to us at [support@boxhero.io](mailto:support@boxhero.io) and we'll help you get set up.

#### I forgot my account. How can I recover it?

If you can't remember which account you used, please contact [Support](https://www.boxhero.io/docs/resources/contact.md) with the following information:

- Your full name
- Your team name
- An email address we can reach you at
- The last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment (e.g., 1234), if you have an active subscription

#### Does BoxHero support Single Sign-On (SSO)?

No, BoxHero does not currently support SSO. You can sign in using your email, or with a Google, Apple, or Kakao account.
