#### **返金はできますか？**

有効なサブスクリプション期間中は返金できません。プランをキャンセルすると、現在の請求期間の終了までは引き続きご利用いただけ、以後の請求は発生しません。

#### **サブスクリプションをキャンセルするにはどうすればよいですか？**

に移動してください <mark style="color:$primary;">`設定`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`請求`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`プランをキャンセル`</mark>。サブスクリプションは更新されませんが、現在の請求期間の残りの間は引き続きすべての機能をご利用いただけます。

#### **サブスクリプションをキャンセルするとどうなりますか？**

現在の請求期間が終了すると、アカウントは自動的に無料 [パーソナルプラン](https://www.boxhero.io/docs/pricing#personal-plan)次のようなプレミアム機能は **在庫少アラート** および **在庫レポート** 無効になりますが、データは削除されません。後で再度登録すれば、途中から再開できます。

#### **途中でキャンセルした場合、料金は請求されますか？**

いいえ。キャンセルしても、再度請求されることはありません。サブスクリプションは現在の請求期間の終了まで有効で、以降の支払いは処理されません。

#### **キャンセルの代わりにサブスクリプションを一時停止できますか？**

いいえ、BoxHeroには一時停止オプションはありません。キャンセルすると、請求期間の終了時にアカウントは無料のPersonal Planに移行します。いつでも再登録して、Business Planの機能に再びアクセスできます。
