박스히어로는 스마트스토어, 카페24 등의 쇼핑몰과 직접 연동을 제공하지 않습니다.&#x20;

다만 [**공개 API**](/docs/ko/integrations/open-api.md)를 이용해 제품 정보나 입출고 데이터를 쇼핑몰과 연동하도록 직접 개발해 사용할 수 있습니다.

### ERP와 연동이 가능한가요? <a href="#erp-integration" id="erp-integration"></a>

박스히어로는 더존, 이카운트 등의 ERP 프로그램과 직접 연동을 제공하지 않습니다.

다만 대부분의 데이터는 엑셀로 내보낼 수 있어, 다운로드한 데이터를 ERP에 반영하는 방식으로 활용할 수 있습니다. 또한 [**공개 API**](/docs/ko/integrations/open-api.md)를 이용해 ERP 연동 기능을 직접 개발하여 사용할 수도 있습니다.
