# 재고 부족 알림

### 푸시 알림이 오지 않아요 <a href="#notification-not-working" id="notification-not-working"></a>

알림이 오지 않는 경우 아래 항목을 확인해 주세요.

* **앱 설정 확인**\
  `박스히어로 앱 접속` > `설정` > `알림`에서 알림 설정이 활성화되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.
* **휴대폰 알림 설정 확인**\
  iPhone 또는 Android 휴대폰 시스템 설정에서 박스히어로 앱 알림이 허용되어 있는지 확인해 주세요.
* **방해 금지 / 집중 모드 확인**\
  방해 금지 또는 집중 모드가 활성화되어 있는 경우 박스히어로 알림이 차단될 수 있습니다.

### 이메일로 재고 부족 알림을 받을 수 있나요? <a href="#email-notification" id="email-notification"></a>

재고 부족 알림은 모바일 앱 푸시로만 받을 수 있습니다.

### 특정 위치만 재고 부족 알림을 받을 수 있나요? <a href="#low-stock-alert-location" id="low-stock-alert-location"></a>

[**원하는 위치의 재고 부족 알림**](/docs/ko/other-features/low-stock-alert.md#configure-by-location)만 받을 수 있습니다. 위치별로 안전 재고를 설정한 뒤, 각 멤버가 개별적으로 해당 위치의 알림을 설정해 주세요.

### 재고 수량이 0일 때 알림을 받을 수 있나요? <a href="#zero-stock-alert" id="zero-stock-alert"></a>

안전 재고를 0으로 입력해두면 재고가 품절되었을 때 알림을 받을 수 있습니다.
