#### How do I back up my inventory data?

BoxHero automatically backs up your data daily on secure servers. For your own copy, use the [**Export to Excel**](https://www.boxhero.io/docs/concepts/items.md#exporting-items) feature at any time. PDF isn't built in, but you can convert the Excel file using your preferred tool.

#### Where is my data stored and how is it secured?

Your data is hosted in the **AWS us-east-1 region (United States)** on secure cloud infrastructure. We follow industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.

#### What's BoxHero's uptime?

BoxHero strives to maintain a 99.9% uptime. In the rare event of downtime, we will notify you via email or in-app notifications. Real-time service status is available at [status.boxhero.io](https://status.boxhero.io/).
