#### **Tôi có thể thay đổi địa chỉ email của mình không?**

BoxHero hiện không hỗ trợ thay đổi trực tiếp địa chỉ email của bạn. Để sử dụng email mới, hãy tạo một tài khoản BoxHero mới với địa chỉ đã cập nhật, sau đó mời tài khoản đó vào nhóm hiện có của bạn. Khi tài khoản mới đã có quyền truy cập, bạn có thể xóa tài khoản cũ bằng cách rời khỏi nhóm hoặc xóa tài khoản đó.

#### **Làm cách nào để thay đổi tùy chọn thông báo của tôi?**

Đi tới <mark style="color:$primary;">`Cài đặt`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`Thông báo`</mark> để chọn các loại cảnh báo bạn muốn nhận. Các tùy chọn bao gồm:

* **Thông báo trên thiết bị di động** cho cảnh báo tồn kho thấp
* **Thông báo qua email** cho báo cáo hàng tuần của nhóm bạn *(Chỉ quản trị viên)*

#### **Làm cách nào để thay đổi ngôn ngữ của tôi?**

BoxHero hiện hỗ trợ tiếng Anh, tiếng Tây Ban Nha, tiếng Pháp, tiếng Đức, tiếng Nga, tiếng Nhật, tiếng Hàn, tiếng Indonesia, tiếng Thái, tiếng Việt, tiếng Bồ Đào Nha (Brazil), và tiếng Trung (Giản thể và Phồn thể).

* Để thay đổi ngôn ngữ trên máy tính, hãy nhấp vào biểu tượng hồ sơ của bạn ở góc trên bên phải, đi tới <mark style="color:$primary;">`Cài đặt tài khoản`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`Ngôn ngữ`</mark>.
* Trên thiết bị di động, hãy đi tới <mark style="color:$primary;">`Cài đặt`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`Cài đặt tài khoản`</mark> (biểu tượng hồ sơ) >  <mark style="color:$primary;">`Ngôn ngữ`</mark>.

#### **Làm cách nào để thay đổi múi giờ của tôi?**

Múi giờ là cài đặt ở cấp nhóm, không phải cài đặt cho từng tài khoản. Để thay đổi, hãy đi tới <mark style="color:$primary;">`Cài đặt`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`Nhóm`</mark> và cập nhật múi giờ tại đó. Thay đổi này sẽ áp dụng cho tất cả thành viên của nhóm. Trên thiết bị di động, hãy đi tới <mark style="color:$primary;">`Cài đặt`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`Cài đặt hiển thị`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`Múi giờ`</mark>.
