#### **采购订单和销售订单有什么区别？**

一个 **采购订单（PO）** 用于记录您从供应商处购买的商品。一个 **销售订单（SO）** 用于记录您向客户销售的商品。

两者都在 <mark style="color:$primary;">`采购与销售`</mark> 功能下管理，但它们对应不同的库存事务：采购订单会产生一个 <mark style="color:$primary;">`入库`</mark> 当商品收货时，而销售订单会产生一个 <mark style="color:$primary;">`出库`</mark> 当商品发货时。

#### **不同订单状态是什么意思？**

订单状态会根据订单已收货或已发货的数量自动更新。

*采购订单：*

* **草稿** — 已创建，但尚未发送给供应商。
* **已下单** — 已下单，等待送达。
* **部分收货** — 部分商品已到达；其余仍待处理。
* **已收货** — 所有商品均已收货。

*销售订单：*

* **草稿** — 已创建，但尚未与客户确认。
* **已确认** — 已由客户确认，但尚未发货。
* **部分发货** — 部分商品已发货；其余仍待处理。
* **已发货** — 所有商品均已发货。

#### **“部分收货/发货”和“全部收货/发货”有什么区别？**

打开采购订单或销售订单时，你会看到两个按钮：

* **全部收货 / 全部发货** — 将整张订单标记为 <mark style="color:$primary;">`已收货`</mark> 或 <mark style="color:$primary;">`已发货`</mark> ，一步完成并一次性将所有商品入库或出库。
* **部分收货 / 部分发货** — 打开新的事务界面，选择地点，输入收货或发货数量，然后点击 **提交**。订单将变为 <mark style="color:$primary;">`部分收货`</mark> 或 <mark style="color:$primary;">`部分发货`</mark>，并且你可以重复此操作，直到全部处理完毕。

#### **“立即入库/出库商品”有什么作用？**

这个复选框位于订单创建界面的底部。如果你在保存订单前勾选它，BoxHero 会创建该订单 *和* 并在一步中将商品入库或出库——该订单会创建为一个 <mark style="color:$primary;">`已收货`</mark> 或 <mark style="color:$primary;">`已发货`</mark> 状态。若你提前创建订单，并会在之后记录收货或发货，请不要勾选。

#### **如何在订单中选择地点？**

在创建订单时，你不会选择地点。地点会在之后通过库存事务在收货或发货时选择（**入库** 采购订单使用 **出库** 销售订单使用）。

#### **我可以为订单附加文件或备注吗？**

可以。每个订单都包含一个 <mark style="color:$primary;">`备注`</mark> 字段，你可以在其中添加内部备注、付款条款、特殊包装说明或供应商说明。备注还支持文件附件和话题标签。

#### **我可以导出订单详情吗？**

可以。打开任意订单并点击右上角的 <mark style="color:$primary;">`...`</mark> 菜单。然后你可以：

* **导出到 Excel** — 下载订单数据，用于报表或会计。
* **打印 PDF** — 生成一份整洁的采购订单或销售发票副本。
* **发送电子邮件** — 无需离开 BoxHero，直接将 PO 或销售发票发送给供应商或客户。

#### **如何添加、编辑或删除税率和折扣选项？**

在 <mark style="color:$primary;">`设置`</mark> > <mark style="color:$primary;">`订单`</mark>下管理税率和折扣选项。然后，你可以创建新选项、编辑现有选项，或删除不再使用的选项。你还可以使用 <mark style="color:$primary;">`全部应用`</mark> 操作，一次性将同一税率（例如 10%）应用到订单中的所有商品。

#### **如果我更新商品价格，现有订单会受影响吗？**

不会。更新商品价格不会改变已创建的订单。现有订单会保留创建时的原始价格。

#### **我更新了订单，但商品数量没有变化。为什么？**

如果一个订单已经有 <mark style="color:$primary;">`入库`</mark> 或 <mark style="color:$primary;">`出库`</mark> 相关的事务记录，直接编辑订单本身不会更新库存数量。你还需要编辑相关事务来调整数量。

#### **如何处理退货商品？**

对于销售退货，打开原销售订单并点击 <mark style="color:$primary;">`+ 添加退货`</mark>。选择退回的商品，输入数量，选择商品将重新入库的地点，然后点击 <mark style="color:$primary;">`入库`</mark> 以完成退货。

你可以在 <mark style="color:$primary;">`退货`</mark> 选项卡，或者在相关销售订单中找到 <mark style="color:$primary;">`退回商品`</mark> 记录。

#### **我可以用不同于团队货币的其他货币记录订单吗？**

可以。每个订单都会以其自身货币保存，而报表会将所有内容按你团队的 [显示货币](/docs/zh/she-zhi/team.md#currency) 使用 **汇** **率** 按报表日期进行换算。确保新订单使用 *正确的* 货币创建，这样报表金额才不会被意外换算。

#### **为什么退回商品没有显示在我的销售报表中？**
