# バーコード印刷

## 商品バーコードの登録

BoxHeroでバーコードを使うには、バーコードを追加します [新しい商品を作成する](/docs/documentation/ja/konseputo/items.md#how-to-add-items).

#### A. 商品にバーコードがない場合

選択 <mark style="color:青;">`生成`</mark> を使って、社内利用用のバーコードを作成します。

#### B. 商品にすでにバーコードがある場合

商品のパッケージにバーコードがある場合は、商品登録時にそのバーコードを入力してください。

## プリンターとラベルの互換性

パソコンに接続できるプリンターならどれでも使用できます。

### A. 一般的なプリンター

通常の家庭用またはオフィス用プリンターを使用する場合は、シールタイプのラベルシートを購入してください。たとえば *Formtec* などは一般的に入手でき、必要なサイズを文具店やオンラインストアで選べます。

### B. サーマルプリンター

直熱式プリンターと熱転写プリンターは、一般的なプリンターよりも耐久性の高いラベルを作成できます。ただし、対応するラベルの種類は機種によって異なるため、ラベルロールやリボンを購入する前に互換性を確認してください。

モバイルアプリから印刷するには、プリンターが **Bluetooth**, **Wi-Fi**、または **LAN** 接続に対応している必要があります。\

## プリンターの設定

BoxHeroをウェブブラウザ（Chrome、Safari）で使用している場合は、 **以下のプリンター設定手順を** 印刷前に完了してください。

サーマルプリンターは、用紙サイズなどのデフォルト設定が正しく構成されていないと、正しく印刷されないことがあります。ラベルがずれて印刷されたり、まったく印刷されなかったりします。

> **ヒント：** BoxHeroの [デスクトップアプリ](https://www.boxhero.io/download) なら、手動でプリンター設定を行わなくてもラベルを印刷できます。

#### 1. 用紙サイズを設定する

ラベルプリンターを使用する場合は、OSのプリンター設定で用紙サイズを設定する必要があります。複数のラベルサイズを使う場合は、印刷前に毎回この設定を確認してください。

**Windowsでの手順**: `設定` > `Bluetoothとデバイス` > `プリンターとスキャナー` > `印刷設定` > `ページ設定` >  `メディア設定`

#### 2. ディザリングをオフにする

より鮮明な印刷品質にするため、ディザリング設定を **オフ**.

**Windowsでの手順**: `コントロールパネル` > `Bluetoothとデバイス` > `プリンターとスキャナー` > プリンターを選択 > `印刷設定` > `グラフィックオプション` >  `ディザリング`

## バーコードラベルを作成する

BoxHeroでは、バーコードラベルを2つの方法で作成できます：

**A. テンプレートから選ぶ**\
あらかじめ用意された形式を使って、素早くラベルを作成できます。

**B. カスタムデザインを作成する**\
レイアウト、配置、スタイルを完全に自由に設定しながら、一から独自のラベルを作成できます。

作成したいラベルの種類を選択してください： **バーコード**, **QRコード**、または **テキストのみ**.

#### 3. ラベルの詳細を編集する

青色で表示されている商品項目ボタンをクリックすると、次のような変数をコピーできます： <mark style="color:青;">`{{Name}}`</mark> または <mark style="color:青;">`{{Brand}}`</mark>。\
ラベル上の任意のテキスト欄に貼り付けてください。

* 内の値 <mark style="color:青;">`{{ }}`</mark> 各商品からデータを取得します
* 直接入力したテキストは、すべてのラベルに同じように表示されます

**例**:

* `製造元：`<mark style="color:青;">`{{Brand}}`</mark> → 各商品のブランド属性を表示します
* `製造元：ブランド` → すべてのラベルに「Brand」という語を表示します

#### 1. ラベル形式を選択

ラベル形式によってデザイン領域が決まるため、実際のラベルに合ったサイズを選択してください。

#### 2. ラベルをデザインする

テキスト、バーコード、QRコード、その他の要素をラベルキャンバスの好きな場所に配置できます。レイアウトと位置を自由に調整できます。

**2-1. テキストを追加する**

テキスト要素を追加した後は、 <mark style="color:青;">`+ 変数を追加`</mark> を右側で使って商品情報を挿入してください。

* 直接入力したテキストは、すべてのラベルに同じように表示されます
* 変数は各商品から情報を取得します

**2-2. バーコードを追加する**

カスタムラベルデザインでは **1次元バーコード**, **QR** **コード**、および **データ** **マトリックス** コードに対応しています。

ラベル印刷時に、バーコードの下にバーコード番号を表示できます。

1. 次を選択してください **バーコード** ラベルデザイン内の
2. 右側パネルで次を有効にします <mark style="color:青;">`バーコードの下にテキストを表示`</mark>.
3. 次を調整します **テキストサイズ** 必要に応じて。

ラベルを印刷すると、各商品に登録されたバーコード番号が自動的にバーコードの下に表示されます。
