Inventory Link
BoxHero's Inventory Link lets you share inventory details with people outside your team including clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
Creating an Inventory Link
Section titled “Creating an Inventory Link”Share your inventory status with people who don't have a BoxHero account.
Go to Other Features > Inventory Link and click + Create Link. You can select specific items to share and decide which information is visible to external users.
You can create multiple links, for example a separate one for each partner.
Sharing an Inventory Link
Section titled “Sharing an Inventory Link”Copy the link URL and share it with external users.
If the link is "active," external users can open it and check your latest inventory status. If the page is already open, refresh it to see updated information.
