# 位置

> BoxHero 中的“位置”代表存放库存的实际场所，例如仓库、门店或库房。使用 BoxHero，您可以轻松地按位置追踪和管理库存。

## 何时使用位置

- **在不同地点存放同一商品时**

  - 示例：主仓库、3 楼 / B 货架、零售门店

- **按状态或品相追踪同一商品时**

  - 示例：待售、残次品、翻新品

> **注意**：如果您只有一个存放地点，使用[属性](https://www.boxhero.io/docs/zh-cn/concepts/attributes)功能可能更简单。您可以添加“位置”属性，记录每个商品的存放地点。

## 如何添加位置

要添加和管理团队的位置，请前往`数据中心` > `位置`。

> **Caution**
>
> 首次在 BoxHero 中创建团队时，系统会默认创建_一个_位置。
>
> 仅[商业版](https://www.boxhero.io/docs/zh-cn/pricing#business-plan)支持添加位置，最多可包含 3 个位置。如需更多位置，可前往`设置` > `计费` > `更新方案`升级方案。

## 按位置查看商品

您可以查看每个商品的总数量，以及每个位置存放的数量。

在`商品列表`中，使用下拉菜单按位置筛选商品。选择`所有位置`可查看全部商品，也可以选择特定位置集中查看。

## 交易中的位置

### 移动

将商品从一个位置转移到另一个位置，跨多个地点管理商品。

在移动端应用中，移动库存的操作方式相同。

> **Caution**
>
> **注意：** 只有添加了多个位置后，才能使用`移动`交易。\
> 如果团队只有_一个_位置，该功能将被停用。

### 其他库存交易

对于其他所有库存操作（**入库**、**出库**和**调整**），在完成交易前仍需选择位置。
