# 历史数量

> 在 BoxHero 中查询过去任意日期的库存数量——查看上月末或上年末的库存，按位置筛选，并导出 Excel。

## 历史数量

BoxHero 会完整记录每一笔库存交易，因此您可以查询任意商品在过去任意日期的数量。请前往`报告` > `历史数量`查看。

### 工作原理

选择一个日期，**历史数量**就会显示每个商品截至当天的现有数量。这在会计期间结账或查看历史库存水平时非常有用。

例如：

- 截至上月末的库存
- 截至上年末的库存
