#### 如何備份我的庫存資料？

BoxHero 每天都會在安全的伺服器上自動備份您的資料。若要保留自己的副本，您可以隨時使用[**匯出 Excel**](https://www.boxhero.io/docs/zh-tw/concepts/items#exporting-items)功能。系統未內建 PDF 匯出，但您可以使用慣用的工具轉換 Excel 檔案。

#### 我的資料儲存在哪裡？如何保護？

您的資料託管於安全雲端基礎架構上的 **AWS us-east-1 區域（美國）**。我們遵循業界標準的安全做法，包括傳輸中與靜態資料加密、存取控管，以及定期安全稽核。

#### BoxHero 的正常運作時間是多少？

BoxHero 致力維持 99.9% 的正常運作時間。在極少數發生服務中斷的情況下，我們會透過電子郵件或應用程式內通知告知您。您可以在 [status.boxhero.io](https://status.boxhero.io/) 查看即時服務狀態。
