## 如何进行库存盘点

#### 创建新的盘点

该 **团队管理员** 发起一个新的库存盘点项目。选择 **位置** 并选择要包含的 **物品** 。

#### 分配任务表

#### 开始盘点

#### 审核并提交

**库存盘点状态**

* **进行中**：负责人正在盘点并更新任务表。
* **等待审核**：所有任务表均已完成，正等待管理员审核。
* **已提交**：盘点已最终完成。所有任务表都已由管理员审核并关闭。

点击 <mark style="color:蓝色;">`预览`</mark> 会打开“**交易预览**”界面，管理员可在此比较每个物品的起始数量与盘点数量，以及它们之间的差异。结果可以直接在屏幕上查看，或通过 <mark style="color:蓝色;">`导出到 Excel`</mark>.

下载 <mark style="color:蓝色;">`提交`</mark> 在审核盘点结果后，管理员点击“提交”以将盘点数量应用到当前库存水平。提交后，新数量会立即通过一笔 <mark style="color:蓝色;">`调整库存`</mark> 交易反映到库存中，并且盘点状态将变为“**已提交”** ，并带有完成时间戳。
