# 桌面打印

## I. 驱动程序安装

在官方上搜索你的打印机型号（ZD421T） [ZEBRA 网站上](https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads.html) 并下载驱动程序。

运行驱动文件开始安装。

在最后一个界面，勾选 **运行打印机安装向导** 并点击 `完成`.

暂停该过程，并准备一根 USB 线缆以连接你的电脑和打印机。（先不要连接。）

继续进行打印机安装向导。

当系统提示时，将 USB 数据线连接到打印机和电脑。如果界面没有继续，请尝试断开并重新连接 USB 数据线。

点击 `下一步` 以完成安装。

现在需要在打印机设置中设置纸张尺寸。前往 `蓝牙和设备` > `打印机和扫描仪`.

如果在打印机设置中未正确设置纸张尺寸，打印输出可能无法正确对齐。

## II. 标签打印

驱动程序安装并设置纸张尺寸后，您就可以从 BoxHero 打印标签了。

在电脑上登录 BoxHero，然后进入 `打印条形码` 部分。选择 `热敏标签` 并输入您将使用的纸张尺寸。

选择所需的模板： **条形码** 或 **二维码**.

右侧的预览界面会显示您已注册的其中一项商品，供参考。

在 **设计详情** 页面底部的部分中，设置您想在标签上显示的商品信息。

选择 `矢量` 作为条形码格式，然后点击 `保存`.
