Delete a sales order by order number

Looks up a sales order by order number and soft-deletes it.

Linked stock transactions are NOT auto-reversed — delete them separately via /v1/transactions/{tx_id} if you need to restore inventory. Whitespace is ignored and letters are uppercased.
