Sign up to start your free 30-day trial of the Business Plan—no credit card required. After the trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to keep all premium features. If not, you’ll automatically continue on the free Personal Plan.
Once the free 30-day trial of the Business Plan is over, your account will automatically switch to the free Personal Plan. Don’t worry—your data will remain safe and accessible. If you decide to upgrade back to the Business Plan later, you can do so anytime by making a payment to unlock all premium features again.
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. For annual subscriptions, you can also pay via PayPal or bank transfer. If you’d like to use one of these methods or need more details, feel free to contact us at support@boxhero.io.
No, only one payment is required per team. All team members are covered under the same subscription, and the total fee (including any added members, items, or locations) is billed to the primary payment method on file.
Each team you create is billed separately. If you’re managing multiple teams under the Business Plan, each one will have its own subscription and payment.
We don’t offer refunds for completed payments. However, if you cancel your subscription, you’ll still have full access to BoxHero until the end of your current billing period.
