# Inventory Link

BoxHero’s Inventory Link lets you share inventory details with people outside your team including clients, partners, and other stakeholders.

## Creating an Inventory Link

You can select specific items to share and decide which information is visible to external users.

## Sharing an Inventory Link

Copy the link URL and share it with external users.

If the link is “*active*,” external users can open it and check your latest inventory status. If the page is already open, refresh it to see updated information.
